Country-Policy Data: The country-policy format includes one row for each policy adoption, implementation, revision, or other major policy change. It includes only countries and territories with relevant ethnic representation policies.
Country-Year Data: The country-year format is a long-form dataset with one row for each country-year. It is designed for longitudinal analysis and for easy merging with other comparative datasets.
